Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Plc Keypad PTN45EKR2-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power-one parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Powers product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the MODEL0001917011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HPF4A4A8M4 manufactured by Power-one and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-one systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 357B000 by Manufacturer Powers as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Powerohm Brand PF52R2K80NC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powis such as PC5090 equipment made by Powis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powis" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PJ882 made by Powermatic as well as the popular 345A1 original spares produced by Rexnord

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EBK500S by Powercom and PC5090 spares by Powis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 880E11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Power-Conversion.
